This 150+ year old house in an historic district had been neglected to the point that it had good bones and little else. Plumbing and radiators had been ripped out and sold for the metal, the roof let in more rain than it kept out, insects and water had damaged much of the flooring and framing.
Five months later with new roof, framing, insulation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms and with rebuilt/refinished windows, walls, trim and stairs- it was ready for human habitation once more.
